Super simple and fun challenge! This Tuesday we will focus on getting in 10,000. steps! Hit the mark, show a pic of your watch or pedometer, and get into a raffle for $25.
This is free and open to anyone you wish to invite. Maybe get your entire office involved or promote it on your mom site and ask who wants to join. The more the merrier and having more people working with you on the goal makes it more enjoyable and doable.
