3-2-1 Slim Down System

The 3-2-1 Slim Down system takes you on a journey to truly succeed. You are going to overcome your obstacles in stages and finally determine what is right for you, your body, your schedule, and the way you tick. All of us work differently and we have different strengths and weaknesses when it comes to getting healthy, losing weight, working out, planning ahead, getting organized, and all that jazz. 

A one-size-fits all program simply won’t work. That’s why you’re going to love the 3-2-1 approach.

In the 3-2-1 Slim Down system we’re going to chunk it down into three bite sized pieces so that you are empowered and in control every step up the way. 

Phase 1 – READY – 
This is the trial and error phase. We’re going to put three intense days into figuring out what works best for you to prepare for Phase 2. This first phase is only $33 and gives you a solid coaching experience to launch you towards success.
Phase 2 – SET – 
This is 21 days of working the plan and working out any remaining kinks. In this phase you’ll have the option to choose the platinum, gold, silver, or bronze package from $150 and we’ll take everything we learned in Phase 1 and mold it into a solid plan that we will focus on for three weeks. Together we will tweak and correct your plan so that it is sustainable, enjoyable, and even FUN!
Phase 3 – GO –
This is the bonus phase and doesn’t cost anything. I’m throwing it in there for FREE because it is crucial to long term success. This is where we establish a lifestyle and a plan that you can use for a lifetime.

I’m a mom, a wife, a business owner, an active member in my church on top of the other ever-changing roles we take on as women. I get that life is busy. The only way I could personally make this stick not just for a month or two was if I had something so simple and systematic that I could basically do it in my sleep. I struggled through the constant diets, the fads, the do this and don’t do that, the pills, the workouts, the clean eating, the giving up of things...and regardless of how “serious I am this time” I still ended up not only back where I started, but even heavier and “poofier” than I began. The frustration and the disappointment was so penetrating that even now, 11 years later, I am tearing up writing this. It was devastating.  
I got really good at convincing myself I was just not meant to be X size or Y weight or that I will just have to wait until this next piece of life was over so that I could FINALLY put myself first. 

Honestly, that was all crap! Maybe I believed that I was just meant to be a little bigger and as I aged that was just part of the process, but I hated how I felt in my own skin and my own clothing and just knew there had to be something different. Why couldn’t I just “GET IT” and make it work? What was wrong with me?

When I was finally able to drop my 61.3 pounds and over 8 dress sizes, I discovered many things about myself and about all the tiresome ways that I had tried so hard to follow to make the weight loss happen. One thing that became clearer and clearer, is it isn’t solely about the “plan” or the grocery list, or the workout, or the macros, or the calories, or the points, or the….you get my drift. It was so much more and yet so easy to implement once I understood that it was more than just what I was DOING with my meal and fitness plan.  

Do you know how long it takes the average person to lose 8 pounds? 
Do you think it is 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years….?

 The shocking answer is that it takes the average person 2 years to lose 8 pounds!!! WHAT? Why?

Because as women we start and stop and second guess ourselves and get overwhelmed. Life gets in the way. That’s why we’re going to put an end to this and tackle this together!
 
Using the 3-2-1 Slim Down System our first goal together is going to be to lose 1 pound in just 3 days. You can do anything and stick with anything for 3 days, right? Yes! And just think, if you can lose a pound in 3 days, think of what you could do in a month.

During Phase 1 (those first three days) we’re going to work on what to eat, when to eat, and why. We’ll focus on hydration and really priming the body to do some amazing things. I’m going to include a sample of products that I used to get amazing results, and you will have the option to continue those products in Phase 2, but it is absolutely not required. While the products aren't required in Phase 2, moving on to Phase 2 is a requirement of joining Phase 1, so please be committed and ready to invest in your health.
Our next goal is going to be to take what we learned the first three days and mold it into a solid plan to follow with focus and purpose for the next 21 days. Together we will tweak and correct your course so that your plan is sustainable and FUN moving forward. You will have the option during this phase to purchase the products you tried in Phase 1, but again, you are under no obligation to get them and what you receive from me as a coach does not change regardless of what you choose. I’m here to help you succeed long-term!
The last goal is to get a bigger, overall view of the pitfalls that we tend to encounter as we move forward and how to face the temptations, busy lives that throw us off course, plateaus, and all those other things that life throws at us so that you can get past those things and continue moving forward beyond the 3-2-1 Slim Down System. 
 
Phase 3 is critical and included in the plan for FREE because I don’t want my clients wrapping up the 3-2-1 plan and starting their own journey without a future plan of attack. How does that sound? Amazing right?!
